In an interconnected world, Claire Davis has had the privilege of navigating diverse sectors, from technology start-ups to international organisations such as the United Nations and the European Commission, as well as the commercial realms of open-source technology, the shipping and drinks industries, and the philanthropic and not-for-profit spaces. She has engaged with a wide range of professionals, including seasoned leaders, first-time CEOs, founders, funders, and board members. What she finds unites them all is a shared humanity—each striving to do their best with the skills they’ve acquired, the ebb and flow of energy reserves, the same twenty-four hours in a day, and the daily highs and lows of the workplace.
Claire’s fascination with organisational culture began more than fifteen years ago in the drinks industry, where she noticed how deeply connected employees felt to the brands they promoted. Intrigued by the intangible assets that fostered this unity, she made it her mission to find a role where she could help design and build inclusive, healthy cultures in which every employee could thrive.
